Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Jokerz account and all associated data, you can request deletion by emailing us.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information (display name, avatar, social links)
• Your game history and statistics
• Your friends list and friend requests
• Your chat messages
• Your virtual coin balance and transaction history
• Your competition and leaderboard entries
• Your push notification tokens

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@jokerz.net with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
