Jokerz ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Jokerz mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

- Display name (chosen by you)
- Email address (if you sign up with email or Google)
- Avatar selection
- Player ID (auto-generated 6-digit identifier)
Authentication Data:
- Firebase Authentication credentials (managed by Google Firebase)
- Google account information if you use Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo)
Gameplay Data:
- Game history, scores, wins, and losses
- In-app coin balance and transactions
- Player level and experience points
- Friends list and friend request history
Chat Data:
- Messages sent and received within the App's chat feature
- Conversation metadata (timestamps, read status)
Device Information:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications
- Device type and platform (Android, iOS, Web)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To enable multiplayer card games (Trix, Konkan, Tarneeb)
- To display leaderboards and player profiles
- To send push notifications about game events, friend requests, and chat messages
- To facilitate in-app chat between players
- To maintain game statistics and history
- To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Authentication. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, cloud messaging, and storage
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in method

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following cases:
- With other players (display name, avatar, game statistics) as part of normal gameplay

Jokerz is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and view your personal data through your profile
- Update your display name, avatar, and profile information
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
