Welcome to Jokerz. By downloading, installing, or using the Jokerz mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
2. Account Registration
- You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or as a guest.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Each person may only maintain one active account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Virtual Currency (Coins)
- Jokerz features an in-app virtual currency ("Coins") used for gameplay purposes.
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
- Coins are provided for entertainment purposes only.
- We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset Coin balances at any time.
- Prize games using Coins are for entertainment only and do not constitute gambling.
4. Gameplay Rules
- Jokerz offers multiplayer card games including Trix, Konkan, and Tarneeb.
- You agree to play fairly and not use any cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Intentionally disconnecting, stalling, or disrupting games to gain an advantage is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to void game results and penalize accounts engaged in unfair play.
5. User Conduct
When using the App, including the chat feature, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players
- Send spam, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
- Impersonate other players or staff
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share or distribute other players' personal information
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain unfair advantages
6. Chat and Communication
- The App provides in-game chat functionality between players.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your messages.
- We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove messages that violate these Terms.
- We may block or restrict chat access for users who violate conduct rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, UI design, game logic, sounds, animations, 3D models, and branding, is the property of Jokerz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and Modifications
- We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
10. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from gameplay, including loss of Coins or game progress.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jokerz and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency, or interruption of gameplay.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any accumulated Coins or game progress may be forfeited.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
